The significance... for those who don't know... is that people with Down syndrome, also called Trisomy 21, have three copies of the 21st chromosome (the rest of us only have 2). So March 21st, 3/21, is recognized around the world as World Down Syndrome Day. Enjoy, and hug someone you love with Down syndrome.
