LOL On Tuesday Dean and I rode (motorcycles) from my parents place in Walker, MN across the UP to Escanaba, MI. Weds we rode down 75 to Sacinaw where we debated...continue on to NJ or turn West for home. We opted for West, so stayed overnight in Lansing. Thursday drove down through Chicago and stayed with my sister in Waconda, then rode the last 500 miles home on Friday. VERY LONG TRIP!!! Oh, I know you're an old hand at tube changes, but something I learned with Angela's was "emergency lubricant". Our surgeon said, "If you're in a bind,sAnything edible can be used as a lubricant. You're going directly into the stomach, so it's ok!" Seriously, you can use anything like butter, peanut butter, crisco...anything that is edible. This came in handy once in a restaurant when Angela's tube got yanked out. We were a couple hours from home, but there were little jelly packets on the table. We nabbed a couple, brought her out to the car, and VIOLA! Tube was back in. Kid was a little sticky, but the tube was in!
